Smoky Vegan Layered Bake
Layers of smoky tofu & vegetables in a bechemel sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pack of Smoky Tofu
- Mixed Vegetables - suggest: Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Savoy Cabbage, Carrots, Mushrooms, Onion, Garlic (Smoked Garlic works well)
- Vegetable Oil
- Seasoning
- Herbs to taste (Parsley is good)
- Bechemel Sauce* (ready made is available in Unicorn or make your own. it is very easy, I used Rose Elliott's recipe)
Method
- Saute the Onions and Garlic in a little Vegetable Oil
- Add to the bottom of a greased oven proof dish.
- Slice and add a layer of Smoked Tofu.
- Add a layer of sliced Mushrooms.
- Cook the other Vegetables (steam or boil)
- Drain well and add these as the top layer in the dish
- Season to taste
- Make or cover with the sauce.
- Bake in the oven on around 200 deg for 30 mins
